Undocumented – but with rights nonetheless

SPAZ provides assistance to undocumented migrants on the following issues

residence status, possible legalisation
social and health insurance (health insurance,
AHV cards)
professional formation and German courses
children, young people, education and
apprenticeships
Civil status issues (marriage, birth registration,
child recognition)
difficult life situations (social counselling)

Are the consultations free of charge?

Yes! However, in case of extensive legal assistance we charge a flat-rate fee of 250 francs.

Do I have to register for the consultations?

Yes, call us for an appointment. We are available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10-12 and from 14-16.

How about privacy?

All personal information will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

The SPAZ aims to improve the situation of undocumented persons overall by striving to

ensure undocumented persons can exercise their basic rights and can defend themselves against exploitation and fraud.
